We are unable to accommodate returns. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect each item before purchasing as they are final sale.

Product Availability:

Vintage pieces are sold in as-is condition, and are available immediately. For new production pieces, the lead time will vary for each item. Please contact us for more information on the product you are interested in.

Payment:

We accept payment by check, or by credit card with a 3% handling fee (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Orders must be paid in full before released for pickup.

Sales Tax:

We are located in San Francisco and charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders. A valid CA Resale Certificate, or bill of lading showing that an item was shipped directly out of state is required to remove sales tax.

Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your information with other companies. If you do not wish to receive emails from us related to promotions/events, you can unsubscribe here.

Shipping:

We are happy to assist you with procuring a quote, or referring you to a network of licensed/bonded shippers. We are unable to provide any packing, shipping, or delivery services.

All items sold by Coup D’etat are “will call” from our showroom in San Francisco, unless otherwise noted.
