Celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year with our WOOD DRAGON, inspired by the artist’s 60-year birthday cycle and the Year of Jia Zi, a symbol of reflection and transformation. The DARK variant embodies movement through the use of six different undyed sheep breeds. Among them is the rare Ouessant wool, one of the darkest natural blacks, sourced locally. The Ouessant sheep originate from an island off the coast of Brittany and are highly prized. The collection also features Gotland and Shetland Grey Heritage Breed sheep, wool from the artist’s own flock, and accents of cream and taupe Mohair, with a hint of Alpaca. Color may vary due to the natural characteristics of undyed fiber.
