Composition in D is an arrangement of forms inspired by classical music and the fungus kingdom.  Abstract, mushroom like forms spawn from clean white rectinearity.   The fully grown hammered bronze forms rise up to form a table surface, while the adolescents prod the space around them.  The piece may keep growing, the fruits expanding outwards and upwards until there is no white box left at all.  All growth is also destruction, all clarity also obscuring.  Meticulously planned and crafted to achieve a sense of chaos and chance, to capture a moment in time and to tell a story that reaches beyond time, the table embodies the primeval forces of our world.
