Additional details
Named after another one of Peggy Guggenheim’s beloved dogs, the Foglia rug similarly epitomises this constant back and forth between looking in and looking out. Its Monet-esque linear motif suggests a view framed through glass, as if peering out of the window at leaves speckled with rain. Fitting, as ‘foglia’ is the Italian word for ‘leaf’. A high pile rug made with hand-knotted wool, it’s a naturally sinkable rug ready to soften any space.
We are proud to collaborate with Label Step, a non-profit organisation committed to fair trade and supporting the well-being of weavers in the carpet industry.
Composition: Hand-knotted Wool.
